While we pride ourselves on the exceptional quality of our products, in the unlikely event that there is any damage to or dirt on our product, or a shipping error has resulted in delivery of the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days from the delivery date.

Returns will be accepted or an exchange product will be promptly provided.

Returns will be accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery provided that the package has not been opened, the product is as new or it has not been used.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted or made 14 days or more after the purchase or delivery date.

However, if you really need it or want to make your Yogibo more firm, we do sell refills.

There is a one-year warranty on each Yogibo cover. If during ordinary use this causes damage to the seams, a faulty zipper or bead leakage, a replacement product will be provided. If you feel you have a warranty claim, please contact our inquiry center through emailing support@yogibo.sg.

Yogibo has a “Safety Zipper” on the inner meaning that the zipper tab has been removed.
When topping up the beads, hook a paper clip, etc. into the zipper tab eyelet and after securing open slowly so that existing beads don’t spill out.

Owners with pets can also use Yogibos without anxiety. It is extremely elastic and very durable because it uses a double-layered cover. However, try to avoid damage caused by pets scratching and biting.

The Zoola (Outdoor) fabric is water resistant, UV protected and has more of PU Coated Polyester type of texture.

If you accidentally spill water or juice and get it wet, you don't have to worry. You may feel it a little firmer than indoor fabric, because it has these outdoor functionality.

Our indoor fabric is a brushed cotton type of texture and is not water resistant or UV protected.
Both are interchangeable, so if you have an indoor Yogibo Max, you can get a Zoola cover to switch up the use/color! Both are also super easy to clean as they are machine washable.

The Yogibo Max is our most popular, functional and versatile model, and can be used by solo and family. If you're looking for personal seat, we also have Yogibo PodX and Yogibo Lounger etc.

It is a special fine grade of EPS foam. What makes the whole product so special is our patented combination of the inner and outer covers. That allows the Yogibos to completely conform to your body with zero pressure points!

Nope! Many of our customers will have 2 or even 3 people sitting on one piece of furniture without issue.

It depends on how you use it, if all you do is sit on a Yogibo, it's going to take years, but if you stretch it out a lot and/or the Yogibo gets good amount of impact by jumping or other activities, you may need to add some refill beads after a year or two.

However, if you really need it or want to make your Yogibo more firm, we do sell refills.

Do not leave your Yogibo for an extended period in a humid environment such as around water, where there is poor ventilation, where exposed to rain.

To wash the outer cover, first zip it off the Yogibo, remove it, then zip it back up and machine wash cold, with mild detergent separately or with like colors. Then tumble dry low until totally dry! Click here for details.
